Business Requirement Gathering and Analysis – Manage Business Analyst Team to ensure requests and business requirements (BRD / BRS) defined by business users are clear enough to be submitted to vendors and help in resolving any misalignment between different parties with FRS / FSD as the agreed technical requirements document.

Audit & Security – Manage and front the audit from internal, external, and regulator auditors by ensuring all documents required for compliance with local regulations and company standards are up to date and the processes are followed based on guidelines and policies.
